The Irish American Football League (IAFL) is Ireland's official adult full contact American football league. It is made up of teams from all over the island competing to see who will win the Shamrock Bowl, Ireland's National Championship.

Referee: Tony Rivers (EFAF Official)
Umpire: Dave Considine
Linesman: Ralph Schmeer
Line Judge: Michael Smith (EFAF Official)
Side Judge: Cillian Smith
Field Judge: Andy Phillips

Tony Rivers will be the crew chief and Referee in Shamrock Bowl XXII. Originally from St. Albans in England, Tony is now based in Lucan, Co. Dublin and works for a technology company. Tony was the Referee in Shamrock Bowl XIX and has also done Championship games in the UK. He is one of two members of the Shamrock Bowl crew who have officiated in European games as well as IAFL games this season. Andy Phillips is the only member of the crew who is officiating in his first Shamrock Bowl. All other crew members have officiated in at least 2 Shamrock Bowls. Michael Smith will be officiating in a record 10th Shamrock Bowl.
