Last week’s question
Play: On fourth down, Team A is in scrimmage kick formation. A2 takes the snap and runs to his right. As he approaches the line, he punts rugby style. A76 blocks B55 below the waist at the snap.
Ruling: An illegal block on A76. Although the punt was not kicked whil Team A was in the scrimmage kick formation, they were in the scrimmage kick formation at the snap. Consequently, neither team can block below the waist anywhere on the field at anytime during the down.

Play: During the try B25 intercepts a legal forward pass and runs to midfield where he is tackled. During B25’s run, B63 clips in the Team B end zone. Ruling: ???????
