The 2011 IAFL By-Laws have now been published in the Resources section of the site. These By-Laws include a number of revisions added for the 2011 season including new field marking guidelines. There have been two major changes to the playing rules. Firstly, Defensive Pass Interfence will now be a spot foul only if it occurs more than 15 yards downfield, otherwise it will be a 15 yard penalty. Secondly, the IAFL has decided to change over to NCAA overtime rules for play-off and championship games. Previously NFL style overtime has been used.
