New IAFA Appointments

IAFA is pleased to announce three new appointments to important roles in the organization as follows:
Finance Officer – David Norton.

Head of Events – Pauline Kwasniak

Director of Officiating – Adrian O’Reilly.

Finance Officer – David Norton.



David joined FleetMatics in July 2007 to manage and control the financial operations of the FleetMatics Group across EMEA/APAC. David was responsible for ensuring compliance in all matters regarding finance, legal, regulatory and administrative requirements.

David’s experience prior to FleetMatics includes Director of Finance roles at DSPS part of the Quinlan Private Group, Central Parking Corporation (Apcoa), Saint-Gobain Building Materials Group, in both their Glass Manufacturing and Pipeline divisions.

David attended RTC Tallaght, for Accounting and Japanese, before commencing training with McQuillians DFK Chartered Accountants, and also holds a degree from the Irish Management Institute (IMI), and an MBA from the University of Wales.

David is an ardent Leinster Rugby and New England Patriots fan, and is in his second season playing for the West Dublin Rhinos as a defensive tackle.


Head of Events – Pauline Kwasniak


Pauline is a founder of– a venue sourcing agency for events and meetings across Europe and event management services for corporates.  Female entrepreneur and social media enthusiast, Pauline is an international event manager. She worked with prestigious corporate clients as well as small sporting events including golf or table tennis. An ex fashion model, she has creative mind and puts a great emphasis on making people feel special during an event.

Education: BA Hons in European studies with law from ITT Dublin. CEU SAN Pablo Madrid-communications and media.  LIT -event management.


Director of Officiating – Adrian O’Reilly.


Adrian is currently in his final year of a Degree in Business & Information Technology in Blanchardstown IT and he brings to the role 9 years experience in administration and customer facing roles.  As an avid sports fan he became involved in American Football in 2011 with the North Kildare Reapers and in 2017 he became a member of the Wexford Eagles.  In 2013 Adrian undertook officials training and has been an IAFA official for 3 years.  In 2016 Adrian commenced white cap training and is now a fully IAFA white cap and he represented IAFA as an official at the Atlantic Cup in 2016.
